The use of Active X is for your own risk.

The Lyra Software Application needs Active X and won't be available for all browsers!
Active X is available in Internet Explorer and won't be available in Edge!
With General ActiveX.html that can be found in the folder Active X certified of the Lyra Software Bundle you can view the Active X page by opening with Internet Explorer.

When it doesn't show the Control Panel you'll have to set Internet options of the computer for local internet to Custom level, activate the setting Download signed Active X controls and Download unsigned Active X controls to enable.
Now re-open General ActiveX.html with Internet Explorer.
Click Accept Active X messages.
Now the General ActiveX.html will show a white square, this means that Active X is available.
Right click at the square and accept the install of the .CAB file which is needed to communicate with the Lyra.
You also need to download the Certificate.
First you'll need to follow the instructions in this .gif to install the certificate.
Then you'll need to enable Active X by following this .gif.
The needed files are added in the Lyra Software Bundle.
