Question: How do I configure RadioDJ to work with my Webstation, Airlite or Airence?
Answer: Link: please follow the steps at this link

Click at the wrench in the Red square again.
Now go to “SHORTCUTS” to configure the control options.

At the page that is opened (see red square) you'll find all the different functions that can be controlled with Keyboard shortcuts.

Each function that you want to control with your mixing console has to be defined here.

To add new keyboard shortcuts double click at the specific line in the red square.
On the bottom of that page it will say in red “Press The New Key!”.

Now press a desired Keyboard Key that isn't used for an other function.
In this example we pressed the “5” at the number row above the letter part.
Press “Modify” in the green square.
In the blue square it now says New KEY D5.

When added it says “Modified” in the red square.
You can continue this for all desired functions.

Now open the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper” in the red square that is for your mixing console.

The easiest way is to open them next to each other so you can see the functions of RadioDJ in the red square next to the functions of the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper” in the blue square.

In this example we used the Airlite but this is also the same with less functions for the Webstation.
The Airence has a different “Virtual Keyboard Mapper” layout but can do the same with it's functions.

Now scroll to the “Play Cart xx” part of RadioDJ's “Shortcuts Editor” and go to the “Control” Tab of the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper”.
In the red square you see the “NumPadx” and “Dx” Key names which are the Keyboard shortcuts.
These have to be configured as “Control Buttons” in the pull down menus of the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper” in the Blue square.
Don't forget to activate these functions with the “Check marks” in the green square.

Now scroll to the “Start AUX Player X” part of RadioDJ's “Shortcuts Editor” and go to the “Module4” Tab of the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper”.
Configure the shortcuts shown in the Red square in the pull down menus Blue square.
Don't forget to activate these functions with the “Check marks” in the green square.

Now scroll to the “Start AUX Player X” part of RadioDJ's “Shortcuts Editor” and go to the “Module5” Tab of the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper”.
Configure the shortcuts shown in the Red square in the pull down menus Blue square.
Don't forget to activate these functions with the “Check marks” in the green square.

Now scroll to the “Start AUX Player X” part of RadioDJ's “Shortcuts Editor” and go to the “Module6” Tab of the “Virtual Keyboard Mapper”.
Configure the shortcuts shown in the Red square in the pull down menus Blue square.
Don't forget to activate these functions with the “Check marks” in the green square.

You can now test to start for example a Cart player with your keyboard Numpad 1 to 0 or number 1 to 6.
Now also try to start that same Cart player with the mixers Control buttons 1A to 8A for the player 1 to 8 and 1B to 8B for player 9 to 16.

All settings can be changed and tweaked as you desire.
