*Question:* What is the IP address of my lyra?

*Answer:* When special characters are used in the configuration else then A - Z and 0 - 9,
or when the Total snapshot gets corupted the Lyra starts to react slow.
The best thing to solve this is to upload the new Total snapshot files trough FTP.
